Centre County, PA

Once again the Nittany Leathernecks Detachment - Marine Corps League invites the public to support needy children in Centre and Mifflin County.  A new coordinator has now taken over Mifflin County and hopes to eventually add Juniata County that has never had a Toys for Tots campaign.  We are continuing to help them as they become established.

Since 1947 the Marine Corps Reserve has provided over 708,000,000 toys to over 314,000,000 children.  Last year there were 873 campaigns that gave 16.1 million toys to 10.6 million children.  There are families in our own communities that will be struggling to provide the simple joy of a toy for their child this Christmas. Please help us make sure that every child has a toy when they wake up on Christmas morning.

Our 2026 campaign will start off with a kick-off breakfast on November 17th  Penn State Men's Basketball Coach Mike Rhoades will be our guest speaker.  The formal invitation may be found under the Events tab,

We will again be inviting the public to assist us in preparing the toys at the Penn Stater Conference Center dates TBD.  That schedule will be posted under the Events and FAQs tabs when finalized.
